Deserts

Prunes bathed in cognac, candied walnuts and almonds, homemade brittle wafers, cream caramels, creams of custard, mostillo... The native pallarès is a gourmand for sweet desserts and to prove it, a part from the time-honoured desserts, they have invented new sweet creations. These innovative desserts end up, after some time preparing them time after time, in the list of traditional end of the meal dishes. This is the case with the popular Filiberto from Casa Kiko in Llessui. They started preparing and serving it and now it is available in different restaurants all over the county as a typical dish from El Pallars.
