Map and topographic profile:
By car: You will find Gerri de la Sal along the N-260, 15 km to Sort. You can leave your vehicle at the car park next to the river and beneath the road.
Description: A linear walk that follows the course of La Noguera Pallaresa. Passing by the venerable Hermitage of Arboló, where a swarming social gathering is held on the first Sunday of May. It is also very interesting to have a guided tour on the Salines de Gerri (where salt was produced) or to climb the ravine of Enseu, where in 1904 they built resistance walls to avoid the destruction of the Salines by the overflow of the river, as it had happened a year before.
Some advice: It is available for all ages and at any season of the year. The unevenness is unnoticeable and the distance is short. Do not forget that the itinerary's start point is different from the finish point, so the comeback must be arranged
Of special interest: Gerri de la Sal with its saltworks, House of Salt, Enclosed Village, Medieval Bridge, Monastery. Along the way, the Hermitage of La Mare de Déu d'Arboló and the Trail of Arboló.
